Once you have placed the order you will receive an email confirming your order. This email confirms that we have received your order and also includes your order number. Please keep this email in your record for future references.

Tracking your order

Almost every package that is shipped from our distribution center contains tracking links. Orders placed on our website may be delivered by one of several different carriers. Therefore, tracking availability varies depending on the carrier and the shipping method that you have selected during the checkout process. In rare instances orders are delivered via a carrier that does not offer the ability to track a package.

In order to obtain the tracking number or information regarding the status of your order you can email us at info@oliviersoaps.com or call one of our Customer Service specialists at 1.866.970.7627. Please be advised that you need to wait 72 hours before you send us inquiry regarding your order, because in most cases, this is the time period required by the carrier’s tracking system to update the tracking link of your package.

Once you receive the tracking number you can check the status of your order by clicking on the link below pertaining to the carrier that you have selected during the checkout process:

If your order is cancelled, you will receive a notice regarding your order via e-mail, which will explain the reason for the cancellation and step by step procedure as to what you should do under the given circumstance. Under no circumstances you will be billed for cancelled items.
